repairing maclaren buckle

So I'm wrestling the many headed beast that is my Techno into my car.. phew, it's in, slam the boot

one of the bits of the buckle smashed into pieces on the floor.

Anyone tried DIY repair? And is anyone about to throw out a maclaren and can send me the buckle? I'm real cute .

what about puttin some reins through the d slots on the the orginal harness?

I found some good relplacment clip sin a huge branch of an outdoorshop, for rucksacks.
