no but I shall keep an eye on this as ds (3) is mad for anything space at the moment.

NotQuiteCockney · 31/01/2007 10:32

This book is very popular in our house. Can't think of any other space ones, although I'm sure there are some.

Agree with The Man in the Moon - ds loves spotting those pesky aliens.
Also What ever next , Here come the aliens and Rocket Countdown . All enjoyed in our house.

library.

libararies are good. - not piss taking. think you should do regular library trips if you can.

marymillington · 01/02/2007 18:40

Oh we love the library.

But I am still a bit shame-faced about the £34 fine I managed to run up on my own books.

And I'm ridiculously, enormously pregnant (due on Monday) and want results without physical effort. Not just with the books actually now I come to think about it.

i recommend the library too, you can reserve books online and they will send them for free to your local library, children don't pay fines, you can borrow up to 8 books for a month, bliss!!!!!and then, when he becomes interested in something else you still have lots of space at home

SturdyAngel · 03/02/2007 21:27

Nick Butterworth always goes down well in our house!

Roaring Rockets by Tony Mitton and Ant Parker: mouse bunny and pigeon go into space. they do a series on all sorts of machines if the lure of space fades

Daddy on the Moon is ds's favourite book at the moment. It's especially good if your dh/dp often gets home after bedtime like my dh does.
