Any feedback on the M&P Ultima 5 in 1 combination?

Having discarded the Bugaboo, does anyone have any feedback on the Ultima 5 in 1 from Mamas and Papas - which includes pram, pushchair, car seat, stand and carry cot?

Have a mate who is very pleased with is but they have a big hall, don't drive and walk everywhere, which bypasses its obvious 'enormous, heavy, doesn't fold small' disadvantages.

Must confess am considering it for the BadgerCub (if I can get a cheap secondhand one) as like the idea of having a carrycot by the bed rather than a moses basket (which I hate hate hate)
