DS has some nice ones from John Lewis. One has a boat on. The other does have animals, but nice IYKWIM

If this is a new arrangement it may be worth thinking about getting a normal single cover and putting the smaller duvet in to it leaving extra fabric at the foot of the bed and sides for tucking in. DS1's duvet would never stay in place if we didn't do that. It also means you can choose from all the single duvet covers and it means it will last longer when she goes up a bed size.

White company and mini marvellous (part of Blooming Marvellous) do nice childrens single duvet covers I think.

ikea do some nice ones

I struggled to find anything that wasn't babyish and ended up buying a regular single bed duvet set that DS1 loved (tropical fish) and just cut it down and sewed it back up. Very easy even if you're not that way inclined - all straight lines!

Designer's Guild are fantastic for this. Although a single will fetch £50, well worth every penny.
