HELP - calling all P&T owners - How do I get the lock off the front wheel?????

Hi, am hoping someone can give me some much needed advice. P&T arrived this week, looks fab, have set it up BUT can't for the love of ...ANYTHING.. work out how to take the lock of the front wheel so that it swivels. What silver button? What cap? AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH.

Have been cooped up indoors with 3 DC all week as DD2 has chicken pox; am 30 weeks pg; DH working abroad for 6 weeks; have to get outside NOW and DS desperate to go in 'new buggy' but I can't face it with bump and locked front wheel.

Please, please, please someone tell me how to do it.
