cot bed mattress 140 x 70

Hello all

Someone has kindly donated a lovely cot bed for my little one, but i need to buy a mattress. Whilst I am quite keen to spend some money on it as I think its important that little one sleeps soundly, I still want value for money. Does anyone have suggestions for a good mattress or a helpful supplier. Unfortunately the lovely helpful lady in my local mothercare has left to go on maternity - hahaha-. Any advice would be gratefully received.

John Lewis have an excellent nursery department with staff that know what they are talking about. My cot bed has exacttly the same dimensions and I got a mattress from them.
