I know quite a few of people on here give this to their children so just thought I would mention this. I got a Superdrug flyer through the door and they have an offer on Equazen Eye Q 500mg capsules, a box of 60, for £5.32 instead of £7.99 (a third off). It also says "see in store for more great offers on other equazen products."

I don't know if this is good offer, or even if it's the right stuff (from what I can see on the box it says "may help maintain eye...function - hi EPA oil - EPA rich Marine Oil and ...Evening Primrose Oil" , just thought I would mention it!

pamina, I saw it in Boots but wasn't sure whether it was suitable for children. It didn't say that you couldn't give it to them but there was no specific dosage for children on it. It seemed to suggest that adults and children would have the same dose. Have you given that one to your kids before and if so, how much did you give them?
