Due to ever expanding family... there is a bed swap around at the Bea household!

anyone got one? am thinking of getting the
Thuka Maxi 5 ... are they pretty sturdy? well made etc?

any other makes of midsleeper cabin beds should i be looking out for...?

thanks!

My ds1 has this bed, very sturdy apart from the slide which snapped in half - but he did have a habit of jumping up and down on it!. We have put a mattres on the floor underneath - so it doubles up as a bunk bed for sleepovers. It is easier to change bedding etc at this height rather than a full height bunk bed.

Both DSs have versions of that Thuka bed - DS1 with a slide at 90degrees to the bed, DS2 with no slide. They both have stood the test of time - DS1 has had his for 5 years, DS2 for 3.

I find the slide a pain in the neck to be honest it takes up more floor space than i'd anticipated but we got it on ebay for £50 so i'm not that bothered really.
