Freeview - will it work with a SkyDigital box and no dish?

Have moved temporarily due to building work and want to still have BBC3, CBeebies etc. If I take my SkyDig box with me can I just plug it in and will get freeview without a dish?

If not can I buy a cheap freeview box that will work with only an aerial? Or has anyone got an old one lying aroud?

YFreeview is terrestrial not satellite so you'll need a freeview box but not a dish - they just plug into your TV and aerial. They're about £60 from places like Dixons etc.
Your sky box won't work without a dish.

Check the temporary place is in reception area before buying a box!! You can text the postcode to a number on the packaging.
