A question for those of you who are with TALKTALK or SKYTALK / BROADBAND

after finally realising BT are seriously skanking me at £46 per month for calls, and broadband I had a look at these two.

Just wondered if anyone can recommend one or the other, on price and customer service I am tempted to go with Sky but feel free to sway me

Yes I know. U-switch has a customer review part to it which I thought you might find useful

Oati · 18/01/2007 16:41

yes I meant per quarter.

mos of our calls are free on skytalk (off peak)

I am trying to choose between Bt and sky - have to say of all the threads I've looked at talktalk seems to get slated most for problems and bad customer service.

mosschops30 · 19/01/2007 11:07

all my time - sky is definately better value than BT. When i phoned BT last night to get the MAC code from them, they tried to persuade me to stay but admitted they couldnt beat Sky price.

I am already a sky customer with the TV and have to admit their customer service is very good and if they do cock up they normally compensate (we are currently enjoying a month free movies and sports).

Talktalk were very much the hard sell when I spoke to them which never impresses me, its was 'do you want me to sign you up now' even though I made it clear i wanted to speak to dh.

I am currently paying BT £46 a month for calls and broadband. With sky I will be paying £17 !!!!
