Got A Toshiba 23inch LCD digital TV last week - the picture is great.... BUT the sound/picture synchronization is awful and seems worse on BBC channels. I know it's not because it's a digital TV - we have a 28inch widescreen digital (not LCD) as well and that's fine. Has anyone else got this problem?
