Just noticed this evening that DS1 is getting mildly whiffy under his arms. It's not bad, I had to put my face quite close to notice it, but I think I might need to get him some sort of AP. He plays football every lunchtime, so gets quite sweaty and I don't want him to be teased.

Anyone had a similar aged sweaty child? What did they use? I'm a bit wary of just letting him use ours, but tbh I don't really know why

Can I also say I feel weirdly pleased that my little boy is growing up, how strange is that!

ds2 is nearly 8 and is quite aware that sometimes he's a bit sweaty, especially pe days. We took him out and let him choose his own deodorant and matching shower gel (think it was only a morrisons own one), but he felt really grown up, he doesnt use the spray everyday at the moment, but does make an extra special effort in the bathroom if we are going out to a party. Will insist on having his hair spiked and having a shower with his nice smellies etc.

Thanks ww, I'll take him out and get him one at the weekend. I'm also going to try and get him to remember to wash under his arms every morning as well.
