Can Someone Recommend A Shampoo Please?

Just about to go shopping, and have run out of shampoo but have no idea which to try next. I have a very sensitive scalp and I know Herbal Essences (sp?) irritates it, as do others but can't remember which ones. Also, some leave little white flecks (not dandruff, asked hairdresser) in my hair which I HATE, or some leave build-up. The colour ones (John Freda I think?) seem to make the white flecks worse, and don't seem to really wash my hair well... If anyone could recommend one I'd be eternally greatful!
Many Thanks xXx

Simple is by far the best i've tried

I also have a very sensitive scalp and the shampoo and conditioner I find best that doesn't build up is the boots tea tree oil and mint. It's cheap and it makes your hair and scalp feel really clean and shiny.
