What's the cheapest brand out there and where can you get it?

The bottles in my local Sainsbury's just seem so expensive for the quantities I'd like to start using (mainly with my cotton nappies).

Asda and Tesco are both cheap. One of them, can't remember which, has it in their value range so it's about 20p a bottle.
