Has anyone had any dealings with these lot?

I'm so exhausted with dealing with them. I found the perfect car there but it's taken 3 weeks to get to the point of paying. They have slowed every part of the process down.

Dreadful, awful customer service.

We had a bad experience with Quicks (their sister company) but I'm not sure if they have gone out of business now. To be honest though, I bought from somewhere else more recently and they were just as rubbish!

Yes, I bought my last car there. They were ok. No problems at all.

Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, terrible company.

We sold our car through their buy any car scheme. It was easy enough with a fair price and quick payment.

I bought my car from them and they were excellent. Even the after sales team has been efficient and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
