First time I ever buy Clarks school shoes and.....

they give me two odd shoes!!!

same style but with different stitching! Ds has had to wear trainers into school yesterday and today.

Cant believe that I didnt notice in the shop, nor the sales asst.

I never buy clarkes after 2 awful experiences and their crap customer service - DD wears navy blue buckle up kickers which last a great deal longer than any pair of shoes I have bought from clarkes and as I buy them from a small independant retailer the customer service is great because they want to hold onto my custom - clarkes couldn't give 2 hoots when they sold me shoes for a crawling baby for my son who was walking and for giving me a pair of shoes a size too small for my DD and whne the next pair of shoes lost its sole after a week they said I must have tampered with it.

Honestly Kickers are great they last longer are very well made and as they have a larger sole than shoe tat gets knackered before the leather when they drag their feet along the ground.
