is there anywhere on the high street that i can buy one of those backpack harness thingy doodahs?

My MIL says she's going to get a harness for DS when SHE has him. I'm still not that convinced of them but agree we need something as DS loves to run about (he's 16mo BTW). I've seen a couple of the toddler daysacks on line but was hoping i could just nip out tomorrow and pick one up.
