Which play farm set to buy?

I want to buy DS2 (2y 9m) a farm set as a belated Xmas pressie from the GP's. Any suggestions? I want realistic plastic animals (not wooden) like Britain's Farm. Also some fence that joins together. Can spend about ?40-?60, but would prefer something that can be added onto over time.

Thanks

Thanks Jura. That looks quite good. Is the fencing that comes with the actual set plastic, or wooden? It's hard to tell from the picture, and our ELC hasn't got that set in store.

I saw one in Woolies the other day reduced to £20 or £30 (half original price) -can't remember exact details but it was wooden. I've had a look on the website but its not on there but it might be worth a look in your local Woolies?
