Dont know what TIA means but yes I got it for Christmas and have used it twice. It is pretty fantastic however, it needs practice to get the application just right. It says you can put foundation on after it has dried but my foundation was too thick and caused it to flake as I ended up rubbing the area too much as you are supposed to leave pretty well alone. I imagine it is pretty pricey but the visible difference is remarkable. Well worth trying.

what is this product for...... black circles under eyes? of which i suffer badly, i cant find anything to cover them, without being too caked in makeup, which is just not me.

You need Touche Eclat by YSL about £20 but excellent.

Not tried it but I could sure do with something like that! what is it?

Gold case, liquid that clicks on to a brush and lightens your undereye. Excellent stuff and well worth the price. Think Benefit do something similar.

Noooooo ! It's a tightener for the under eye bags. Not many people have bags on their eyelids.

Trifle, we are talking about 2 different things now, sorry we went off tack a bit.
