Gingerbear · 03/01/2007 09:54

NG have you not seen the funpod-bashing threads on here?

I find link{http://www.ukdogcrate.co.uk/images/large_dog_crate.jpg\this} works very well.

whats a funpod???

schneebly · 03/01/2007 10:00

bizarre creation

TinsellyRhino · 03/01/2007 10:01

thats seems to be a very expensive pointless thing

Saturn74 · 03/01/2007 10:04

Well...I've said it before, and I'll say it again.... it doesn't look fun, and it doesn't look podlike!
Looks like a stage prop used by magicians who enjoy chopping people into pieces - not such a great feature for a high chair......then again....

wurlywurly · 03/01/2007 10:05

its a shame it doesnt come with a lid.

wurlywurly · 03/01/2007 10:09

looks like a complete waste of money if you ask me, never seem something so poncey.

wurlywurly · 03/01/2007 10:11

£149.99 for that!!! [feel faint emoticon]

Gingerbear · 03/01/2007 14:23

my overriding thought is always 'What is wrong with standing on a chair?'

Gingerbear · 03/01/2007 14:24

see, no one will even admit to owning one!

NappiesGalore · 03/01/2007 16:16

149 quid is a lot...my next q was going to be has anyone seen them mu ch cheaper/knock offs...

they do look quite a bit safer than chairs... agree fun and pod seem misnomers, but ds3 a PITA when im trying to cook. can climb onto chairs but falls off. a lot. his head is covered in lumps and bruises. (he is 11m) hes gonna gat taken into care soon, looking the way he does, im a tad concerned about that...

are the bashing threads funny?

OP posts:

just type 'funpod' into the search facility
comments about magician's sawing a lady in half etc. Lots of guffaws generally, and 'more money than sense' comments.

Gingerbear · 03/01/2007 18:40

oops, sorry about the stray apostrophe.
