where did u get the cot from ? they should be able to order the part. mothercare can reorder psrts for cots, i've had to do this a few times.

Other suggestion would be to contact the manufacturer directly. My sister gave me her cot when I had my ds but one of the brackets was missing - I managed to find a cot with the same (which was Mamas & Papas) - contacted them and they sent me replacements foc.

I had a broken mother care bracket. (I was leaning over to hold my son down to sleep and it snapped, my scream woke him up). While I was waiting for a replacement I tied it to the side top bar with a piece of material.(a curtain tie-back) Could this work on yours?

Spod - I have a cot going spare if you can't repair it.

becca... i wil let you know how we get on with kiddicare... at the moment they say to take a pic of the broken part and they will try and find suitable replacement. Islandgirl... thanks i may need to take you up on your offer...what size is it?... wonder if my matres will fit... at the moment we have tied it up with a bit of string, but i do need to use the dropside as i have back problems and leaning all the way into the cot is killing me!
