BT Total Broadband/ Fusion?

Thinking of changing my current broadband and mobile suppliers to BT Total broadband+ Fusion- it looks like it will save me about £5 a month.

Does anyone have any comments/ gripes with them?

No gripes. I have broadband just now and have been looking into getting Fusion for me and dh.

Had a few problems with connection but they are always very helpful (although sometimes they cannot understand language), they get an engineer out to check your line etc if you have continuous problems.

Our connection problem was with the the wire which runs from our house to the huge pole outside, they need to modernise it!!

thanks. Can you access your emails from another pc (eg work or an internet cafe?). Pipex have netmail, and I find it really handy!

just asked dh - he trains people to sell bt fusion....
here is his comment

"you have just one phone and if you use it in the house you are charged like a landline phone. If you move out of the range of you hub it operates like a normal mobile. SO you basically have one phone"

there are about 3 versions of total broadband - what will you be using it for - dh can advise

fwiw - dh don't get fusion

Thanks, popsycal.

Think I'm going to go for Broadband option 2-as it includes security. Was going to go for Fusion 200 as well- why does dh advise against it? It would save me some money compared to my O2 contract, I think!
