got the offer of a coach style pram (silver cross) but my DS is ten months old...am i just feeling a bit mary poppins or will i get use out of it?

i know about the toddler seat which sounds great, but mostly need to know if it will be long enough for him to sleep in for another six months or so

he is a long boy already....

have to decide by midday so any help quickly supplied most appreciated !

Are you having any more?

earlgrey · 27/12/2006 06:35

Bit late, I know. But the only people I've seen who have those sort of prams work at funfairs. Nothing wrong with that, though.

oh I love a coach pram, I think they are the most comfy thing for baby and easy to push but i'm sad. Never used one for long as have never lived anywhere that could accomodate one properly.

They are quite long how old are you thinking of keeping him in there? I know my mil used to put her 18month old and newborn in there to sleep together but I know 18 month was like a doll and the baby prem so tiny too.

Where about are you i've got a coach pram you could have.

funfairs - ha ha! well, life is a rollercoaster....(sorry, couldnt resist)

and as for offer of pram , longwaytogotobethlehem , wow youre so kind. can i be an awful coach pram snob and ask what its like??! cos this offer is for a silver cross one and ive got this mary poppins thing in my head that its the most perfect one....my mum pushed me in one of them and blah blah.....

earlgrey thats true!

made me laugh!

they are lovely prams but look so impractical.

I'd stick with a more modern one.

I saw a woman with one in M+S food last week, and it looked very very big in there. But nice too!
