We placed an order with them nearly 2 weeks ago and are still waiting for our parcel.
It was sent on the 19th, and they supplied us with a tracking number, but the number dont exist, and i have phoned Fedex to see if they can find out what has happened with the parcel to be told that they dont even have our postcode on there system.
Has anyone else ever ordered from these and had problems like this as well?
I am very annoyed because this is suppose to be a christmas present, and they told us it would be delivered today
