Samsung Slidey Phone? Motorola Pebl?

I need a new phone, and am tempted by either Samsung slideys, or the Motorola Pebl.

Any experience? What's the interface like? How sturdy are they?

dh has a samsung d600, tis very good, he wont change it, so must be good lol.

I've got the slidey phone and I don't like it i'm afraid. I am a technophobe though and was perfectly happy with my bog-standard nokia.

What don't you like about the slidey phone?

I love my pebl - got in Feb have had no problems with it despite the generous love it receives from a 1 and a 3 year old!!!!

I find it really difficult to text - the keys are quite small but I am an old fogey and was fairly set in my ways with my nokia

I just moved from a nokia to a samsund D500 and I like it. It took a bit of getting used to but now its fine and the camera on it is really good and clear

Samsung D900 - fab phone. the one to get

I'm getting this one for Christmas I was only allowed to play with it for a few minutes before my DH pried it out of my hands to go & wrap it - but I like what I've seen so far.
