Waitrose Card?!

So, can a kind person take pity on me and tell me how and when to actually use my Waitrose Card? They are bombarding me with emails, and the sad truth is....I don't get it !! Thanking you in advance !

I think you just get it scanned when you pay for a shop. There's no points collecting or anything as I understand it, just entry into a prize draw. You can also use it to select your own special offers, which I guess you do by logging in online.

Oh, and you can use it for the free coffee which always has a ridiculously long queue!

You get a bit of money off certain items straight away plus the 20 (?) you can select online, vouchers in the post every now and them and of course the coffee (rarely a queue at ours, so I use that a lot).

Also free newspaper when you spend a fiver in the week or a tenner at weekends including the price of the paper.
