Wanted to buy some pyjamas for five year old dd1 in Adams, but was really disgusted to see...

... the type of pyjamas on offer.

Up to 3 to 4 years of age everything was pink and girly and flowery and lovely.

Then the pyjamas for five to six year olds and older - grey and black, a little bit of pink, and words like "attitude" written across them.

WTF? My five year old does not have attitude, I'm glad to say.

She's still a little girl, and I want nice pretty pyjamas for her. Any tips anybody?

Try Jako-o, em - I think they'll deliver to the UK I've grown to swear by them.

How are you, how's Seb?

I'm not too bad, very tired today.

Sebbie is chesty and wheezing, which seems almost normal for him, unfortunately.
But he's still a very happy, smiley boy, which is lovely.

How are you?

Knackered sums it up And not at all Christmassy. It was gefühlte 12 degrees outside today.
I'm sorry he's wheezy - thinking of you all. There's one week of Weihnachtsmärkte left, do you want any goodies to ease your passage into the new year?

hana · 17/12/2006 22:15

primark
£3
gorgeous flannel with lots of designs
5/6 is quite generous

EmkanaCookTurkeyLikeICan · 17/12/2006 22:25

Thank you all for the tips, will check them out!

berolina, not too fussed about stuff from Weihnachtsmaerkten. Main thing about them for me is holding on to a mug of Gluehwein in the freezing cold, which wouldn't be happening this year even if I was there...

There are two things I really miss, they are proper bread and Lakritz, both of which I'll indulge in next week when I'll hopefully be going over for a few days!

(but - you like Lakritz?!?!?!? )

EmkanaCookTurkeyLikeICan · 17/12/2006 22:27
