Need some advice please (again!). Ordered and received a Canon camera from Amazon. Something tells me that it's already been out of it's box ... no security seal (should there be one), all the bits and pieces aren't really tightly packaged in and the tab on the outside of the box was popped open when I took it out of the amazon delivery packaging. Maybe it's my overactive imagination ....
So what do I do? Call them (or rather, get them to call me on their callback service) - will they be able to tell by my order no if it's something which has already been despatched and returned?, turn a blind eye and hope for the best? Don't want to get to Christmas and find it doesn't work.
Any suggestions? The very thought of organising to send it back etc makes me shiver and I do want it available under the tree on Christmas morning. TIA
Must go and have another look at it now!
