Hello!

My kind mum is going to give me some money for a pushchair in the sales and I was thinking about a Mclaren Quest.
here hopefully

I need something lightweight that I can take on the bus (nightmare bus stories I have a million) but comfy enough as its going to have to last him! Oh, and not too expensive like the quinny or anything.

Hope someone can help...TIA!!!

looks like the mamas and papas pulse which i've got, and used for dd2. it's a great foldaway for the car.. easy to collapse and great to push around - I loved it (the pulse), so if this is similar it should be ok.
would def. take a look at the pulse, not sure what price differences are, but m&P's are always good value for money imho.
hope that helps, good luck.

I have a quest
Works well on the bus as doesn't take up too much space and is light enough so I can carry it in one arm and toddler in the other

I have the McLaren Quest and think its great, very light and easy to put up and down.

We got the cosy toes with it and it might be worth investing as my friend said that a non McLaren cosy toes didn't fit that well.

i like my quest a lot - i have noticed posh has one too!

I've got one - it's fine. I wouldn't write home about it or anything but maybe I'm a bit bored of it now - I've had it for 4 years and it's served me very well through 2 DSs

Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons, I saw the bebe confort vite reviewed on babyworld the other day and thought it looked quite cool.
It's the same price as the Mclaren, although you could probably find it cheaper elsewhere, it has the hood and raincover thrown in I think(not that hoods are any good for keeping off rain/sun/meteorites etc...)
(fgrin)
