Amazon Fire for Kids - worth it?

Is is a better deal than buying the £49 Amazon Fire, with £20 case? (and probably paying a tenner to turn of adds).

Can you access youtube on it? (mostly DS aged 6 won't be allowed in it, but he does love Stampy Cat videos).

Dd 2 is 9 & an avid reader but I just want a kids kindle, no games or Internet access. I think that's about £35 ?

Am I right in thinking that you can also have an adult profile on there and use it as a normal tablet?
