Bloody boat with a bloody bell

My four year old is requesting a boat with a bell for Christmas- he requested the same last year but 'silly Santa' must have misheard as his (perfectly bloody good) boat does not have a ringing bell!! He has not mentioned boats at all for months but he must have Santa deliver on this promise...I can't have him disappointed in Santa by age 4!! Help please!!

Does the bell ring or is it if you turn the steering wheel it's an electronic bell?? I'm demented.
