We have loads of Tesco train set (same as Brio), and little one really wants a Thomas to go on it, will the Thomas stuff that goes on the blue tracks also go on Brio/Tesco? Thanks sooo much if anyone can help!!

Not if it the plastic blue track. I would go with wooden, not plastic.

Nemoinapeartree · 07/12/2006 14:31

think the trains on the plastic track are narrower so they dont work aswell on the wooden.

NannyL · 07/12/2006 20:15

they arnt quite as good... but they do work finr

I have a thomas fan as my charge! we have the brio downstairs and blue track in his bedroom upstarirsand he makes his brio trains drive perfectly well on both!

Oh thanks everyone. Thats good news nanny, we have loads of wooden track, so I don't want to get a different track system, but the Brio Thomas trains are really expensive!

Oh no hang on, Brio trains fit on blue track, but blue track trains don't fit on Brio? So, this is the WRONG answer, and I now have to buy Brio Thomas trains and re-mortgage my house! Anyone got any for sale....?
