Does anyone know if you can take m&s knickers back for a refund ?

I got some magic ones the other week and they are crap. Obviously they have not been worn and still have the labels on. Can I get a refund ?

Yes as you still have the labels on. The will only give you credit vouchers though if you don't have the receipt.

The receipt (if you have it!) usually states something like "the last day for a refund is (insert date)." HTH

aha - thanks FGF - good old m&s. I still have the receipt and only got them about 10 days ago so all should be ok.
