Hello helpful friends I need some help.
I have recently completed on new shutters from Hillary's Blinds.
I have a big problem but as yet they will not agree to or even make an appointment to visit my home to see what the problem really is.I was told the man who took my order is the one to deal with it.....that it is his business and not Hillary's Blinds.....beware.....
I have written to the managing director asking does the company's reputation matter? Any ideas to help me???
