What is this called...please???

It's a Fisher price toy that is mainly red and has a disc shaped bottom which you sit on,then a smaller disc shaped top half that you hold onto and you spin around.There's 4 red flashing lights on the top half,if that helps!
Probably a really useless description,but ds always makes a beeline for this at toddler group,so thought I might try and get him one for christmas,if I can find out the name of it...please.

You can get a cheaper non flashing version of these in Argos. My Mum got ds1 one from Index before it shut down. Bad timimng on your part, as I ebayed it a couple of months ago, and only got £2 anyway, so you might aswell have just had it
