Child Safe Fire Guards that actually stop bits flying out of the fire as well . . .

I am moving house and we have two open fires but I also have an 11mth old so need fire guards. Most of them seem like the type that keep the baby away from the fire but I seem to need to get another one to stop the bits spitting out as well or is there one that does both? Am I dreaming? Any experience of any good ones?
