ok mine has died,just now.. and I could really do without this before chrimbo,but can I confirm something with you all
are they still the best?

We bought a Henry after having a dyson for years and I have to say I think it is a lot better, than the dyson that is!!

Has some carpet puffer up thing on it that really works!!!

Is that a drag around one?
Do I get one from a usual outlet?

Telephone Dyson & ask the engineer to come & fix it. Dyson claim that there is no fault that cannot be fixed. An angineer callout only costs £35 & they will supply all necessary new parts for free.
Don't buy another one - unless you want to!
