Not happy with this Connoisseur Premuim bespoke bed. Layed on the zip link mattress which is 2 single beds joined by a zip. loved the soft and meduim, paid for king size in meduim, arrived felt nothing like in benson for beds show room. They changed it for the softer one ( refused to pay for exchange) manager was great. But slept on it still doesn't feel like the show room. Experienced lower back ache during the night and that area is goes in a dip.I bought a new bed because my beautiful bed has had its day and was experiencing back ache lol. I've know got a fight on my hands to get my money back. Would appreciate any advice on this.

Not happy with Benson For Beds Connoisseur Supreme divan bed. I layed on double zip link mattress which is 2 single beds with a zip, loved the soft and meduim but paid for the meduim in a king size. When it arrived my first nights sleep was awful felt nothing like it did in the show room. They changed it for the soft hoping this would feel like it did in the show room. I have had it 2 nights and it is awful. There is no comfort at all. When you lay on it it suppresses into flatness and no comfort layer and left all night in a dip and back ache. I was told I cannot have my money back. I have never paid good money for rubbish like this. I would love some help as to how I can get my money back.
