hello I'm thinking of getting a decent/large sized wooden dolls house for dd's christmas present. Has anyone got one they could recommend? Don't want to spend much more than £100

Have you had a look at pin toys? Their wooden stuff is brill and usually reasonably priced (for wooden stuff!)

LadyOfThePoinsettias · 27/11/2006 12:15

in our toys r us the £100 is reduced to £50 at the mo.

The one in toysrus online is out of stock atm but they keep getting more in so keep checking.

They look good, maybe i'll phone up our local toyrus and see if they have them in.

The Marlborough one from John Lewis isn't cheap (£99 but can get code for £15 off) but v v well made. You can add an extra level at a later date. Definitely the best I've seen if you don't mind spending that much. Roomsets are c. £13-14

Here Free delivery too
