Maid Of Honour Dress?
charlieplus3 · 10/05/2004 17:09
Im no maid and i have no honour but hey ho, im so thrilled. My friend wants me to wear a wine coloured dress and we are going shopping on Thursday. However im worried we wont find anything as ill need either capped sleeves or one of those little jackest to go with it as i have tattoos on my shoulder (shock, horror at my misspent youth)
Any ideas?

you could try monsoon, they usually have matching bolero type jackets with their dresses... depends on what style you want really? although, would have thought at this type of year, wine colour may not be easily available HTH

Do you have a Monsoon store near you?
I've always found they do really lovely, dressy stuff for weddings.
My sister actually got her wedding dress from there (but then she's size 10 and looks good in a bin bag!)
Have bought a few wedding outfits from them for myself though (definitely not size 10) and been very pleased.

Yes we have, so will have a look there. Do they have a website? Also will do the obvious Debenhams and House Of Fraser although HF may be too expensive

charlie, definitely try Monsoon, they have such a choice, and I think wine colour is one of their specialities!!
Also if you have Laura Ashley nearby try there, don't laugh ladies BUT, there isnt as much floral there these days, and they do some nice silks and prints.

Or this? Am picking out at random, I have to add. No idea if these are suitable or indeed likeable!

Have now bid on THREE dresses for me since searching for you! I hold you responsible
