Is it me or is the boots.com website just PANTS?

Bl*dy twice now the shopping basket has mysteriously emptied completely.

Can't be arsed to start again now.

Also links don't work at all, the only way I could find items was by typing in a term in the search box.

Yes its pants. Took me a whole evening to order £100 worth of goods but I persevered for the 3 for 2 savings.

i ordered my stuff this morning, and it was fine, but it has happened before to me, im not sure if it's when its peak times?
i got 3 for 2 on the dr who things a couple of months ago (when i was feeling flush and thiugh i would make a start) just went to order more things and they were all sold out, GUTTED!!!

it is shite. i ordered a load of stuff just before dd was born. everything arrived jam packed in a tiny box with barcode labels stuck all over everything so you couldn't read instructions for medicines etc. wouldnt use them ever again.

Well, I ordered loads of Happyland stuff on the 3 for 2 offer, paid £7.50 to have them delivered today - and they haven't arrived....

emkana - i think if you leave big gaps in time ie 10 mins the basket emptys. if you sign up to boots. com it saves your basket even if you log out.

me too cc. ordered from them on the 21st nov and its still not here.
if you go to their website and then click on help at the top you can contact them via email or phone.
i've put in a huge complaint because i've ordered nappies.

Actually it does say on their site that bulky items have a 72hr delay.

My items aren't bulky. I think they are really really busy as the phones were impossible - finally chose the 'leave a message' option and the box was full...grrrr....I do think they could send out an email apologising and giving a new delivery date at the very least.

They're also awful at delivering items. I had a huge argument with them as 2 huge heavy boxes with 2 kids computers in amongst packs of nappies were thrown over my garden wall denting the BBQ and smashing a garden clock. The hands of the clock were embedded into the box. I did eventually get the money back for the bbq and clock but it wasn't the point. The clock was of great sentimental value as it was brought for me by my grandparents who had both died. I hasten to say I have never used Boots.com again!!!!
