Forward facing car seat toys

Want to get one of these for 9.5mo dd, as she seems to get bored on even short car journeys.

The only 2 I've found so far are this or this .

Does anyone have either of these and would recommend (or not) them? Are they easy to put on/off with the child in the seat?

Does anyone have a different toy that they would recommend? We definitely want one that she can actively play with, rather than something which just hangs off the seat in front for her to look at.

Thanks

ds1 has got one of these but they're a bit flimsy

You're just showing off that you've finally worked out how to do links .

Saw the one that your ds1 has in one of the catalogues too, but did wonder about the reliability of it staying in place (aside from the fact that it says from 3 years).

So does no-one have either of the ones I've mentioned. Not sure how one can claim to be 'Parenting Toy of the Year' if no-one actually owns one .

Yep

ds1's one stays in place just fine, but its very thin plastic, and I suppose you have to be into driving! Hid Grandad bought it him, so it only gets used when he visits with his car, as whe nwe are in friends cars, ds1 is happy enough anyway.

Bump in case any of the weekend crowd have one.
