we are thinking of getting one for our daughter(3yrs) and these seem to be lovely horses.
Has anyone got one and what do you think of them.

On the website there seems to be a lovely one called black velvet

We were thinking of getting my daughter either Black Velvet or Snowflake as they were both half price on the web site - I thought they were a real bargin. We went to one of the shops to get an idea of sizes and we decided the only one that would be a suitable size for her (shes nearly 4) for more than a year was the biggest one (I think its called Brandy, I know it costs £200). So much for my bargin, never mind it can be a combined birthday & christmas present (and we don't really need to eat for the next few weeks !).
The ones that they had in the shop were all fantastic and looked really nice quality, so I'm hoping we will not be dissapointed.
One thing to be aware of is that they have a few different horses but they are not all listed in the same place. There are different ones on the website, the main brouchure and the christmas brochure.

we also looked at Brandy as well as that was the one I thought was lovely. But dd found it a lot harder to move much when she tried it and seemed to have more fun in the end with the bow rocker type horses so we've gone for one of these in the end. I guess if she gets a couple for years out of it, we'll be happy.

bue yes Brandy is lovely.

if you are going to go for that one I would consider going to this site

brandy

I am getting black velvet from here and they have been so helpful with delivery etc and seem really friendly.

My DD got Cappuccino a year ago for her 1st birthday from her grandparents (they're really into horses) and he's lovely and good quality. Would advise getting a grooming kit or some soft hairbrushes too as DD loves brushing him. After we'd got it I did find them in Argos for 1/2 price about £50, I'm guessing they were the last seasons colours. We paid about £80 from ELC using a 20% off voucher.
