Useful baby items you wish you'd had?

I'm currently starting my own business after I've had numerous mum's comment on items I had with me ever since my son (18 months) was born. I made personalised velco-able bags for within my changing bag, quick grab bags for days out, useful dividers for his clothes storage at home, and storage for in the car.

I was wondering what other items you ladies loved or wish you had had when your little ones were newborns or even as they're growing up?

Something like the shape of the carseat inner that seems to hug him so he feels secure and falls asleep but safe enough for you to actually leave them to sleep in it.

I've given several presents of those fleece cover-ups shaped like a star (5 points for head, arms and legs) by Tuppence and Crumble because I never had one for mine! They're good for using with a harness in the pushchair too.
