soupdragon-- special occasion, not to flouncy tho.
Thanks carwillon-- they are nice but the one I like doesn't come in a small enough size.

Somewhere like Debenhams or BHS? Both have wedding type outfits I think. Maybe Monsoon Boy? None are online though.
