HELP!! DD's baby ChouChou has died...

I just thought she needed new batteries, but ChouChou won't work... Her eyes are open, and she is 'frozen' as it were, i.e. no sounds, eyes won't close etc...

Sooo, before I send this one off to hospital, any suggestions?

Is she under guarantee? Take her back quick!

well... she was a Christmas pressie from grandad last year, he no longer has receipt, so we cannot take her back....

DD has a Baby ChouChou and when the batteries ran out, I was secretly pleased. I still haven't replaced them.

Were the batteries left in the doll after they had ran out? Maybe they leaked a bit. You can try and clean the connectors where the battery touches incase there is a slight residue on it.

(I didn't tell you this but...) buy a new doll, switch them over in the box and return it saying it doesn't work.

Kid that was going to be my suggestion!
