we have had the same problem hve been unable to find one anywhere.

2nd hand upright piano is what you want.

You could prob pick one up for 100ish if you look at local papers.

Orinoco it would be worth joining your local Freecycle group (put it into google and you'll get there). You start off my giving something away (can be anything - coathangers, carpet offcuts, anything you don't need that someone else might). There have been 2 pianos given away on the Stevenage one recently!
