I bought some nicky clarke ceramic coated straightners just before xmas. The ceramic coating has come off and they are now burning my hair so as they were under 1 year old I sent them back to the manufacturer. the problem is I have lost the address of where I sent them to and its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Has anyone got a nicky clarke product with the manufacturers address. I know they are called Pulse Home products but that's all I know. Any contact details for this company would be appreciated.
