A while ago I read up on light defusing make up in the Saturday Telegrap magazine but have lost the article and hence the names of the products I wanted to try.

Has anybody tried light diffusing make-up.

I was particularly interested in a cream by Prescriptives and something that had mother of pearl in it and even gold leaf suspended in a gel!

Used to use Touche eclat pen which was good, but as dark marks are sooo bad, now use Bobbi Brown, expensive but still using the first pot I bought in Dec 2002!

Two foundations by Estee Lauder are very good: Lucidity and So Ingenious.

Thanks guys - Do these all make you look all shimmery and glowing like Hollywood stars? That's what i want to look like .....and are these light foundations? Not keen on the caked on look

Anyone know the name of the gel with gold in it that goes under make up? SOunds expensive doesn't it - but i'm worth it

I use the estee lauder lucidity one and touche eclat ...both nice but can't say they make me look hollywoodish.Just disguise the dark rings and red blotches!!

Actually just remembered something ...not a foundation but I have a Hawaian tropics aftersun with a goldenish sparkle to it and that looks lovely. But obviously more for your body and doesn't do anything else. Sorry that's not much help is it?

I've used Clarins 'Radiance' the new one - it's very good. Prescriptives do a great light diffusing powder.
