Balloon ball - what is it called?

It is NOT the Balzac one I am after. It's about the size of a football, round, but very, very light (only slightly heavier than a balloon) and you can inflate it/ deflate it as often as you want. We have them in our baby music group, but I have looked on the net and cannot find them anywhere except in New Zealand. I think they are from US but as I don't know the brand name, I can't find them. Please help! My ds loves them, and want to buy for friends' bdays.

Bummer, sorry. The website seems to have changed. It was linking to the right page before, but not now I have checked again. What a faff! These balls are great, otherwise I wouldn't go to this trouble.

they look great , have never seen or heard of them though, sorry!

Ellieorange · 14/11/2006 19:00

They are brilliant. Even small (6mths) babies can play with them (supervised)...you can bounce babies on them, and roll on them and throw them around without breaking stuff.

you can get them from Gymboree. It's called a Grab ball there.

Ellieorange · 14/11/2006 19:34

Thanks so much. I have tried Gymboree online but no luck. Did you buy it in a shop? And where is it?

Ohhh, these look just what I need - I would love to know where to buy one - can I gatecrash my local Gymboree d'you think??

Ellieorange · 14/11/2006 20:38

I couldn't find them on Gymboree but got them at the website linked above. They were called Scrunch Balls (at least I hope they are the same, they are different colours from the ones we use at the music group, but look exactly the same apart from that).
